Joey Szela is a Miami-based film producer with roots in Boston, where he first picked up a camera to film friends skiing, skateboarding, and cliff jumping. This early curiosity grew into a career built on creativity, storytelling, and collaboration.

Over the past decade, Joey has produced commercials and branded content for brands such as Nike, Vans, Bose, FTP, and New Era and music videos for artists such as Shaboozey, XXXTentacion, Playboi Carti, Becky G, and Kanye West.

As co-founder of Paperwork Studio, he treats every production as a canvas for directors and creatives to bring their artistic vision to life, always aiming to exceed client expectations and deliver on time and on budget.

He’s also a partner and co-founder of Continental Exotics, a New York licensed cannabis brand.
